Working with Kelly King Design, MRH PR crafted a comprehensive marketing campaign to introduce new luxury residences to the Muncie, Indiana market in early 2009. The campaign for the apartments, which are being constructed in the historic Hotel Roberts, included a website, a 9" x 12" flyer, newspaper advertising, radio commercials, web ads and two special events and was created in just over 30 days. Within five days of going live, the newly branded property received 1,200 hits on the website and 10 luxury suites were immediately leased.
